FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

YOUR FIRST COACHING SESSION:

Your first coaching session is completely free. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what matters most to you—your current challenges, aspirations, and focus areas.

We’ll discuss what coaching involves, what it doesn’t, and how we might work together. There’s no pressure to continue after this initial session. If it doesn’t feel like the right fit for either of us, that’s absolutely fine. If we decide to move forward, we’ll work together to design a coaching programme that’s tailored to you.

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a forward-focused process that helps you unlock your potential and work towards a more satisfying and successful life. It’s about helping you find clarity, develop self-awareness, and create meaningful change—at your own pace.

Coaching is not about being told what to do. It’s a partnership between equals. I’ll provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can share openly. Through thoughtful questions, deep listening, and practical strategies, I’ll guide you towards solutions that feel right for you.

Unlike counselling or therapy, which often focus on the past or present, coaching is about looking ahead. Most coaching clients are already performing well in life and work but want to enhance their confidence, refine their goals, or find better balance.

ACTIVITIES

Between Sessions

To deepen your coaching experience, I often suggest simple activities to work on between sessions. These might include:

  • Journalling your thoughts or tracking your progress.

  • Planning moments of self-care.

  • Creating a vision board to visualise your goals.

  • Completing questionnaires to gain insights.

  • Practising affirmations or other self-confidence techniques.

These activities are tailored to your goals and are designed to keep you motivated and engaged.

 

confidentiality

All coaching sessions are strictly confidential, as allowable by law. Your privacy is important, and no personal information will be shared without your express permission, unless there is an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

 

fees AND CANCELLATIONS

Coaching packages are paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. If you need to cancel a session, I understand that life happens. Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled at no charge. Unfortunately, cancellations within 48 hours of the session will be charged in full.

I am committed to the highest professional standards and abide by the Association of Coaching Professional Code of Ethics. This means I will always:

  • Honour agreements with clients.

  • Represent my knowledge and expertise honestly.

  • Maintain the integrity of the coaching relationship.
