While stress is a natural part of life, feeling overwhelmed doesn’t have to be. I know this because I’ve been there—feeling stuck, unsure how to cope, and realising that my own responses often made things harder.

Coaching gave me a safe space to pause, reflect, and rebuild. It allowed me to explore my feelings without judgement and rediscover confidence in myself. That transformative experience inspired me to create my well-being coaching sessions to help others do the same.
